How do I make a reservation?

Do you need a mobile number to make a reservation?
Yes, a mobile number is required so that the driver can contact you upon arrival. You will receive a confirmation SMS and you can also specify if you prefer to be contacted via WhatsApp.
Is your service available day and night?
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
We have children traveling with us; can you provide seats for children/babies?
Yes, we can offer up to two seats for children/babies for a small fee. Just let us know the ages of the children when you make the reservation.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, we accept cash payments. In addition, you can benefit from a 10 percent discount when you choose this option.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel the reservation for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip. If you cancel between 12 and 24 hours before, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will attract a fee of 100 percent.
Can I get a receipt?
Absolutely! Your driver will issue you a receipt at the end of the trip. If you need a receipt in PDF format, send us an email or reply to the confirmation email and we will take care of it.
How can I get a price quote?
You can contact us directly for personalized trips. We will be happy to send you an offer and assist you.
Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
When you arrive at Vienna International Airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall, immediately after you leave the Luggage Area. Look for a driver who holds a sign with your name on it. You will receive detailed instructions, including the exact meeting point, in the confirmation email when you book. What happens if my flight is delayed?
Do not worry! We track your flight using the flight number you provide during the reservation. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust the pick-up time so that your driver will be there when you land. There are no additional costs for this service – it is just another way we ensure a hassle-free experience.
What is your waiting time policy?
For arrivals at the airport, we offer a free waiting time of 45 minutes after the landing of your flight. For pickups in the city, you benefit from 15 minutes of free waiting time. After these periods, a waiting time fee is applied for each additional 10 minutes.
Can I have more pickups/destinations in my trip?
Yes, you can. To add additional stops, simply indicate them in the reservation form. We strive to accommodate all your travel needs.
What happens if the taxi does not arrive as ordered?
We work diligently to prevent such problems, but if they do occur, we will contact you immediately. In the unlikely event that your vehicle does not arrive, you can order a regular taxi from Vienna. We will refund any additional costs on the same day once you send us the invoice and your IBAN by email.
What happens if I bring more luggage than I initially declared?
Nothing changes if your additional luggage fits safely in the vehicle. If not, and a larger vehicle is available, you can rebook, although this may involve longer waiting times and additional costs. If a larger vehicle is not available, the vehicle originally ordered remains at your disposal, but we cannot transport excess luggage. In such cases, if you decide not to make the trip, the initial booking fee still applies.
Can I change the initial booking information?
If you need to change the reservation, please send us an email to contact@transferairportvienna.at by 8:00 p.m. (Monday-Sunday). For last-minute changes, call the number provided in the confirmation email at least 8 hours before departure.
I ordered from another supplier at the same time. What do I do now?
Please cancel one of the reservations to avoid being charged twice if you made a double reservation. Pay attention to our cancellation policy if you choose to cancel with us.
Failure to cancel will result in a full charge for the trip.
